In this 2.5 hour workshop, we will touch on Western & Asian herbs. This is a foundational workshop that every individual have to begin with, before proceeding with other workshops / courses. A valuable workshop that's worth a lifetime. This online workshop is suitable for individual who prefers private workshop (1:1). Objective: By the end of this workshop, you have understood: - why tastes is critical in any herbal remedies and practices; - how your tongue & body responds; - the beneficial & energetic purpose of flavours & constitutions - Difference between infusion & decoctions - how you can apply herb tasting to support your own personal and/or family's health You will learn: - The herbalist way and why tastes is an essential & important element - The benefits, flavours, how and when to use - Understand your palate & your own body's constitution - Dosage and Hands-on making infusion & decoction - You get to try and train your palate and body Who is It For? - Only for serious individuals - Health Conscious individuals who wants to care for their own family, e.g common ailments - Parents who wants to give herbs for their children, e.g common ailments - People who have health issues and seeking Complementary Alternative Medicine - For new clients who are interested, before committing themselves under our care - For existing clients who are under our care and interested to know how & why - For people who wants tailored & customised herbal remedies from a Certified Herbalist Practitioner - Potential for Chefs, F&B businesses and Therapists who wants to provide better food & nutrition for their clients Who is It Not For? - Individuals who does not have patience and wants fast results Note: We do not encourage self-medication for those who has acute and chronic conditions. It is advisable to see a qualified herbalist practitioner, if you have or suffering such conditions.
