Are your products made by herbalist and considered safe?
Yes, all of our products are formulated by our own in-house herbalist and must be assessed for safety.
Can I self-medicate myself with herbs?
We do not recommend anyone to self-medicate with any herbal products. Each individual may react to herbs differently. If you are pregnant, suffering from chronic issues or on medication, please consult your health practitioner before taking any herbal products.
How do I know if your product has no chemicals, heavy metals and are sourced ethically?
We do not use synthetic chemicals / fragrant oils or 'adulterated' - herbs, carrier & essential oils, in any of our products. We also ensure that our products are unadulterated, non-irradiated, does not contain heavy metals*, illegally sourced, free from human trafficking, forced modern slavery and child labor. All of our products contain natural chemical compounds that are produced from plants or bees.
*Note: Heavy metals are generally arsenic, mercury, cadmium and lead.
Why do you use preservatives? And is Vitamin E or Rosemary Antioxidants considered preservatives?
Preservatives are required and 'mandatory' in all skincare regulations for aqueous products, to stop the growth of micro-organisms such as fungi, bacteria, yeasts and molds. 'Natural preservatives' such as Vitamin E or Rosemary Antioxidants are not considered preservatives at all.
Do you offer personalized product?
Yes, we do. Please drop us an email or book for an appointment under Consultation. If you are a mother currently breastfeeding, planning to give birth or have given birth, and requires an herbal blend to support you, please contact us directly. For other enquiries, please email us your requests.
How do I make payment?
You can make payment via Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, PayNow, GrabPay, Grab PayLater and Wise. An invoice will be sent to you once payment has been made.
For GrabPay & PayLater, please use HitPay and it will direct you to Grab payment modes.
For Wise payment, you may opt either Direct Debit or Bank Transfer to our Wise business account. However, Direct Debit is not supported for U.S. citizens.
How do I get a refund?
For refund, please contact us and allow 3-5 working days to ensure that the correct amount are refunded back to you.
For order cancellation, please email us before orders are made and packed. Once orders are made and packed, we will not be able to cancel.
How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 5 business days for us to process your order. For customized order, we require 3-4 weeks to source ingredients specific to your needs.
Do you provide international shipping?
